SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS
Microsoft was adding new and improved web based features to its Hotmail email product which was geared towards increased productivity for small business owners and needed a communicate these features through reliable storytelling to its target demographic.
THE SOLUTION
Tap into America’s busy work/life family culture and communicate the product benefits in a series humorous short videos that highlight everyday family life and how it mirrored the product features. The video’s were posted on a website, on MSN.com and emailed to all Hotmail users.
